In 2010, during the last nine minutes of the Nation of Islam's annual Saviours Day lecture-event, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan admonished the ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery) to learn Emergency Management. Here is the specific statement; AND, this statement is the Origin and Root of the Ready 4 Whatever Academy:

As a "Community Emergency Response Team/CERT" instructor; certified by the Ohio Emergency Management Agency (and with other advanced training, including: ICS/Incident Command System 300/400), I would state that the ADOS community has NOT followed the above admonishment to THE significant degree. As a matter of fact, I would report that the confidence of the ADOS, to knowing something about basic Disaster Preparedness, has prevented the competent appreciation of the Science of Emergency Management for the ADOS community.

Considering the above statement: An alarming (or massive) number of ADOS will be directed to "FEMA Camps", or relegated to "Community Internment", "WHEN, - Not If" the Power-Grid becomes severely compromised... The R4W Academy will attempt to Mitigate these imminent concerns by using an online teaching platform to provide current (and Urgent) information and training to ANYONE.

The more active participants in the R4W Academy will be guided toward training that will allow them to functionally participate in FEMA/Federal Emergency Management Agency activity (at the local levels) for positions (volunteer and paid) that may need to be filled.
